Developing Healthy Boys Training – Massachusetts EEC Region 5

The Developing Healthy Boys training for Early Childhood Educators, is for educators of all genders about male gender socialization and the strategies and skills for promoting the development of compassionate, non-violent and equitable boys and men. This highly participatory program, uses personal reflection and cross-gender dialogue to promote specific learning outcomes.

This training will be held in partnership with the Massachusetts EEC Region 5, out of Southeast Masschusetts.

Offered in five sessions, starting May 16, 2022
6:30pm – 8pm evening times

Week One

1. Monday, May 16th; – Challenges in Male Socialization
2. Wednesday, May 18th; – Applying Knowledge to the Workplace
3. Thursday, May 19th; – Theory into Practice: Male Socialization

Week Two

4. Monday, May 23rd; – Co-Constructive Storytime (extra 30 minutes)
5. Thursday, May 26th,  – Theory into Practice: Storytime
